Built on a sturdy welded, heat-treated, compact structure that allows easy access to all parts, the machine allows operators to achieve a high production rate and is quick and easy to maintain.
The chain-free hydraulic transport’s speed is adjustable from 0 to 35 m/min.
Opening and closing of the machine is via hydraulic rack piston.
Drying pressure is adjustable up to 25 tons.
The spreader cylinder, with stainless steel blades, is equipped with a hydraulic device, which allows the cylinder’s progressive approach to the leather during the closing phase, and quick removal and progressive approach during the inversion phase. This grading device prevents the marking of the skin by the bladed cylinder and is located on the rotating sleeve and on the flattening roller.
